I joined Farrell's in August of 2011 because I was looking for something to to spice up my exercise routine. A friend of mine told me about Farrell's. I keep coming back because it is an awesome workout -working all parts of your body in a 45 minute class! I also love the accountability. My friends know when I have missed and are genuinely concerned when I am not there!
