I started Farrell's over 2 years ago with a friend because I always wanted to try kickboxing. I went through the 10 week challenge never thinking I had a chance to win $1000. I was in it to get fit, lose weight and just feel good. Yes, I won the challenge!! Being excited that I won, I wanted to inspire others to do the same thing, so I was asked to coach a team, which then led into instructing resistance training and kickboxing. I not only love to work out, and teach, but I love the people I am around every day, they make it fun to come back and keep you accountable in your workouts and challenges.
