I heard about Farrell's when I first moved to Nebraska in 2010. I was mildly interested and saw some amazing results, but was intimidated by the 10-week commitment. I've never thought of myself as athletic. 3 years later, a friend was starting the program and I thought I would give it a shot I wanted to meet more people in the community who cared about wellness. What was the worst thing that could happen I lose my enrollment fee if I stop going? What I didn't expect was one of the best things that has ever happened for me Farrell's is a life-changing program. It blends fun, challenging workouts with good nutrition guidance and great people who really care about you from the head coaches to the instructors to your fellow members who are there every day with you, cheering you on. I've never felt so connected to a gym and its members. I've remained loyal and committed 10-weeks at a time for over 3 years. I've made life-long friends and never thought I would actually become an instructor but here I am!
