My initial reason for joining FXB almost 8 years ago, when we first opened our doors in Lincoln, was to lose the weight gained after my 3rd child. That goal was accomplished plus some. I'll be honest, over the years, my weight has yo-yoed up and down, but my size has always remained more fit. I left for a few years because of family obligations, but always new I'd come back once my children were in school. Why did I want to come back so bad, and why do I stay? I love the structure and accountability I receive from this great gym with it's amazing members. Every time I walk through the doors, I know I'm going to get a great work-out and continue my life long journey of health.
